The Inn at Birch Wilds is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. As we open our Inn during the current Covid environment, we ask that all guests adhere to CDC guidelines, when in the common areas of the Inn.
Masks will be required when in a public area if you arrive without one, we will have them for purchase. Hand sanitizers will be available in various areas around the Inn as well as the entrance to our Inn.

If you are feeling ill or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, we kindly ask that you reschedule your stay. No refund will be offered, but a credit of your deposit will be given toward a future stay. We do in-courage you to look at the link on our website for travel insurance.
Please know that everyone's safety is the utmost priority for us.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. All cancellations will be charged a $50 administrative fee.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee of $25 per hour and only upon per-arrangement. Should you arrive before check-in time, without prior approval your room will be billed accordingly.
Absolutely No Smoking of any type inside, however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Should the odor of smoke be detected, a cleaning fee of $300 will be charged to your card.
If you booked the Into The Wilds suite with the copper tub please note that due to the nature of this tub, no bath salts, bombs or bubble baths can be used. It will damage the $4,000 tub and you will be charged accordingly.
There will be no use of a live candle, our insurance will not cover that. Should you choose to use a live candle, you will be billed accordingly.
Since some of our guests may have allergies, we take great care to not use scented products so we ask that you please do not use essential oils. These remain long after you leave and a cleaning fee of $300 will be added to prepare the room for the next guest.
Missing or damaged items will be billed accordingly.
